Our Jewellery


How should I care for my jewellery?

Store your jewellery individually and avoid exposing them to liquids and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewellery to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.

Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not in use.


How long is the processing time?

For made-to-order products please allow up to 5 working days for production and processing. Keep in mind that this does not include shipping time.


Where else can I buy Claymentine Art jewellery?

Claymentine Art regularly attends local craft markets. Come say hi!

Will I pay for any customs duties and taxes?

If you are outside of the European Union your order may be subject to duties and taxes. Unfortunately, Claymentine Art cannot handle these charges for you. 


Returns & Exchanges


What is your return & exchange policy?

At Claymentine Art we want you to love your handmade jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items. Please read our returns policy carefully:

Eligibilty of returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging, including any gift boxes or pouches.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.

 Damaged or defective items: 

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at claymentine.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Return process:

  1. Contact us: Email us at claymentine.art@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 Non-returnable items 

Custom-made jewellery or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
